ABOUT

Pep is a Bermudian-born, London-based producer, musician, composer, arranger, and multi-instrumentalist whose work sits at the intersection of live musicianship, contemporary production, and sound engineering. Working across hip hop, trap, jazz, disco, house, and electronic music, his practice moves between different musical languages while maintaining a strong focus on composition, sound, and individual artistic identity.

His musical education began with classical training at a young age, establishing a foundation in instrumental performance, music theory, harmony, composition, and arrangement. Over time, this foundation developed beyond traditional musical practice into a broader approach that incorporates electronic production, sound design, recording, mixing, and modern studio techniques.

As a multi-instrumentalist, Pep approaches production from a musician's perspective. Instrumentation, harmony, rhythm, arrangement, and performance are considered alongside the sonic qualities of a record, allowing musical and production decisions to develop together. Live instrumentation can be integrated with programmed drums, synthesizers, electronic textures, sampling, and other production elements according to the needs of the composition.

This versatility has led to work across a range of projects and collaborations, including work with Jayco, Zoning Out, and BIANCA., as well as artists and creatives working across different genres and international scenes. Rather than being defined by a single genre or production style, his work is shaped by the individual character of each project and the creative direction of the artists involved.

STUDIO WORK

Alongside his own music and collaborations, Pep works from his studio in London, offering production, mixing, mastering, and recording sessions for artists and projects at different stages of development.

Production can range from building a record from an initial idea to developing and expanding an existing demo. Mixing focuses on creating a clear and cohesive relationship between the elements of an established production, while mastering provides the final stage of refinement before release. Recording sessions provide a space for artists to develop and capture new material within the same broader creative environment.

The aim across these services is to provide a process that is technically considered while remaining closely connected to the music itself. References, influences, existing material, and the intended direction of the artist all contribute to determining the appropriate approach for the project.
